View from Miradouro Craveiro Lopes in NW direction to the basin of Fajãzinha, bounded by steep escarments which are all the result of huge prehistoric landslides. The waterfalls on the right side drain the extremely humid highland of Flores, some of them feeding the lake Poço da Ribeira do Ferreiro shown in the lower right centre.
