View from the road Tarrafal - Calheta over a large grove of Acacia trees in SW direction down to the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Fogo at a distance of approx. 70 km. The left summit is Pico do Fogo (2829 m), the mountain range farther right is the escarpment known as Bordeira.
