View from Miradouro do Ninho da Manta in NW direction to the ridge connecting Pico do Arieiro with Pico Ruivo. Pico das Torres (1851 m) appears behind the clouds in the right portion of the scene. The conspicuous vertical wall in the upper centre of the scene represents one of various magmatic dikes found in this mountain massif.
