View from Breite Lahn, forming part of the scarp of the prehistoric Köfels rock slide which blocked the Ötz valley downstream of today's basin of Längenfeld (right edge of the image). The Ötztaler Ache eroded the deep Maurach gorge through the rock slide deposit (right centre). Also the outlet of the Horlachtal Valley (right central background) was shaped by the rock slide and its consequences. The Fundus valley with Fundusfeiler (3079 m) is shown in the left part of the image.
