View from the Milford Foreshore Walk along Milford Sound in NW direction. Located in Fiordland NP, this steep-sided fiord represents one of the major landmarks of New Zealand. Mitre Peak (left centre, 1683 m) and the glacierized Mt. Pembroke (right, 2015 m) can be seen in the background of the photo.
