Late afternoon view from Odmorište Blaca on the Pelješac peninsula in NE direction to the Croatian mainland. Since 2022, the channel between the peninsula and the mainland has been spanned by a 2.4 km long cable-stayed bridge with six towers. It forms part of a new link between the Dubrovnik coast and the rest of the country, avoiding the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina which cuts through the Croatian mainland in the surroundings of the small town of Neum.
