View from Stubwieswipfel in W direction to the Warscheneck (2388 m), consisting of layered limestone which has formed in a shallow lagoon at the shelf of the ancient Tethys ocean. It forms part of the intensively karstified Totes Gebirge (literally Dead mountains). Part of the Wurzeralm can be seen near the lower left corner of the image.
