View up the Río Santa Teresa in the vicinity of Winaypocco in S direction. Satellite imagery of 2017 already showed clear traces of landsliding on the slope in the centre of the scene. The glacial lake outburst flood process chain of 2020 resulted in river bank erosion and, as a consequence, reactivation and enlargement of the landslide.
