Location: Alexander Square. The Hotel Stadt Berlin opened in 1970 as part of the Interhotel chain of the GDR. It was later refurbished and is now operated as Park Inn. The 125 m high building is surmounted by the 368 m high Berlin TV Tower in the left background, completed one year earlier.
