København | Christianshavns Kanal

WI_dk542.jpg

View from Snorrebroen in NE direction. Christianshavn was established in the early 17th Century as a merchant's town on an ensemble of artificial islands between Sjælland and Amager. In the second half of the 20th Century, it has evolved from a working class area to a rather diverse social environment.
