View from Aiguille du Midi 2800 vertical metres down to the Arve Valley with Chamonix in front of the Aiguilles Rouges. The summit of Le Brévent (2525 m) in the right centre of the image is obscured by clouds. The Faucigny Massif with Désert de Platé and Chaîne des Fiz (2804 m) can be seen in the centre of the image.
