View from the slopes of the Torcal de Antequera in SE direction. This part of the Betic Cordillera consists of a mosaic of different types of mainly sedimentary rocks, with softer sand- and siltstones forming rolling hills used for agriculture, as seen in the background, and harder rocks - a limestone outcrop appears in the left centre of the photo - building high ridges and plateaus.
