View in northeastern direction to the Firth of Forth with the Forth Road Bridge (left side) and the UNESCO-listed Forth Bridge (right side). The Forth Bridge has carried railway traffic across the estuary since 1890, whereas the function of the road bridge was largely replaced by the newly completed Queensferry Crossing in 2017.
